Over the last month or two I've been talking to different women about meals and such and all the craziness surrounding dinner time. It always seems impossible to get a good dinner done and on the table by 5 with two kids who always get super grumpy right when I try to start cooking.
Well I have found the solution! For one day of craziness I get a whole months worth of pretty stress-free dinners. It's called once a month cooking and there are quite a few books out on it but I recommend:

By: Mary Beth Lagerborg and Mimi Wilson
It is broken down into two week plans and one month plans. It is a step by step process and it even gives you a grocery list for every plan. It is so easy. I started out by trying the two week plan and then last week I did a whole month.
Definitely recommended for busy moms who want good meals on the table, minus the stress and tons of dishes every night!
